From material selection to chip growth, preparation of thin layers, electrode preparation, and finally completing testing, packaging, and other processes. This process requires strict quality control and equipment requirements to ensure the manufacture of LED tube light chips that meet standards.

LED tube lamp chips are an important lighting component, and their manufacturing process involves multiple steps and processes. The following is a typical manufacturing process for LED tube light chips:

1. Substrate preparation: First, select a transparent conductive glass as the substrate. Clean and paint the substrate to form a layer of adhesive.

2. Growth of gallium nitride layer: Place the substrate and other materials in a high-temperature furnace. In a high-temperature furnace, a layer of gallium nitride thin film is grown on the substrate by chemical vapor deposition (CVD).

3. Preparation of multiple thin layers: Next, a series of different thin layers, including n-type and p-type semiconductor materials, are prepared again using the CVD method on the surface of the grown gallium nitride thin film.

4. Buffer layer growth: Place the buffer layer on top of the thin layer to improve the stability of the overall structure and photoelectric conversion efficiency.

5. Planarization: Using chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) technology to flatten the surface of the chip, ensuring the quality of light transmission and emission.

6. Electrode preparation: Metal electrodes are coated on the surface of the chip, with one electrode made of n-type material and the other made of p-type material to ensure current flow.

7. Cutting and sorting: Divide the entire chip into multiple individual chips. There will be identification codes on the chip for sorting to ensure performance consistency and quality control.

8. Detection and testing: Strict quality testing and photoelectric performance testing are carried out on each individual chip to ensure compliance with standard brightness and color performance.

9. Packaging: encapsulate individual chips in plastic or metal shells, and add lenses to the surface of the chip to improve light propagation and distribution.

10. Chip testing: Terminal testing of the entire LED tube light chip to ensure its stability and reliability under different working conditions.

11. Packaging and Shipping: After a strict packaging process, the LED tube light chip is ready to be delivered to the customer.

The above is a typical manufacturing process for LED tube light chips. This process involves multiple steps, from material selection to chip growth, thin layer preparation, electrode preparation, etc., and finally completes testing, packaging, and other processes. This process requires strict quality control and equipment requirements to ensure the manufacture of LED tube light chips that meet standards.
